U drugoj emisiji šestog ciklusa „Okruženja“ riječi je bilo o tome zašto se politika uvukla u sve sfere života; zašto o političarima znamo sve i zašto je bolje za prijatelja imati prosječnog političara nego, recimo, profesora, učitelja, naučnika, pisca… Zašto se, htjeli to ili ne, moramo baviti politikom ukoliko želimo da ostvarimo bilo koje svoje pravo ili interes. Kada ćemo doći do stepena demokratizacije kada politika neće biti sveodređujući faktor naše egzistencije i da li je “problem okruženja i Balkana u lošoj politici a ne u tome što je sve politika“, po riječima uvodničara književnika Balše Brkovića.

In the second episode of the Vicinities sixth season, the topics that were discussed were: why politics has spread to all circles of life, why we know everything about politicians and why is it better to have an average politician for a friend than a professor, a scientist, a writer… Why it is necessary in our efforts to attain our rights or interests be involved in politics. When will we got a degree of democratisation when politics won’t be the pivotal factor of our existence, and is the “problem of surroundings and Balkans is bad politics and not what is politics per se” as said by the introducer to the topic and writer Balša Brković.
